feeling it

I am definitely feeling pregnant, considering that I feel sick almost all the time. It is a good sign though, I am told, so in a very weird way I am happy about feeling nauseous.
Erlend, however, is feeling the effects of the pregnancy in a totally different way. He has been so good at bringing me any kind of food I have asked for, being so caring and handling my "unexplainable weepiness", as they call it in the books, so well.
Another change for him right now is, that he has to make a lot of his food himself because just the thought of smelling certain food or opening the fridge sends me right to the bathroom where I get to "hug the porcelain queen"... so this is what a lot of evening meals have looked like for Erlend - he does not mind though he says.

baby blanket

Look what my mother in law posted today... she started to knit a blanket for our little one. I am looking forward to wrapping it around our little blessing.

bring a friend to work day

Today we were asked to work a long tour from Geiranger to Molde, but we said that we could not because we had a friend visit. Our boss said just to bring her along, so we did and it was a lot of fun.

can you see me? Thanks, Kristine, for taking all the pictures :-)

Today we had awesome weather and Erlend went back to his childhood days' favorite swimming spot.

nettbuss

Thank you to everybody who prayed for me today, it was a good workday and I did not throw up into the microphone, so that was good :-).
One of my German tourists pointed something out today that I had never thought of, and sorry it is only funny for Germans.

guckt mal, unsere Busse sind total nett, steht sogar drauf :-)

our busses that we usually drive with on our tours our called nettbuss and if you take that literally in German it just means "nice bus" :-)

no pic

Today I don't have a picture for two reasons. I did find an awesome picture of Erlend being about 5 years old, singing in a choir, but he would not let me put it on here as it would interfere with his statement that "Erlend does not sing"!
The other picture that would describe this day best would be one of me hugging the toilet, throwing up. I am pretty sure that nobody wants to see that...
But please could you pray for me tomorrow? I have a 12 hour workday guiding a lot of tourist and I hope that my food will stay down for that amount of time.... Thank you!
