night in town

Today our friends asked us if we would like to join them to the market in town and sure we did!

Some of the things our group bought were
- live fish (not for us though)
- a bucket
- some fabric (yes, for you Marte)
- bubbles
- a swimming ring in the shape of a rubber duck for Alia
- doughnuts

It was really nice to go with some people who have lived here a bit longer than us so they know more of the local language and we got to go into some back streets that we had never been in before.

 people here are almost always willing to stop and chat with you,

this grandma thought Alia was so cute and so white :-)

 they sell A LOT of fried stuff here
