... is that sometimes, when you visit your father-in-law, he asks if you want to have some freshly caught fish. I can honestly say that I did not know what fish is supposed to taste like before I had fish in Norway:-).
Reason #1537 why I love Erlend: He is a former fisherman and knows how to fillet a fish...
...and that means I don't have to do it :-)!
