oreo ice cream

After another long day at work and helping at a Bible meeting, Erlend decided that he was too tired to make himself smile in the picture of the day, so that is why it is only the ice cream and not "Erlend and his treat" in the picture of the day. 

I know, it does not look good, but it tastes amazing. (Thank you, Esther, for teaching me how to make this:-)).
